The Port Blandford Recreation have received Federal & Provincial Summer Job Grants and will be hiring youths age 15-30 @ 35 hours per week for 8 weeks, starting June 29, 2026!The goal of our student team is to bring our community spaces to life. You’ll be responsible for inspiring kids to get moving and ensuring our town parks remain a welcoming place for everyone to enjoy.Youth will help organize and look after a Summer Program for children, help with maintenance at Port Blandford Community Rink, Ballfield, Municipal Park & help with Community Garden etc. Background in organized sports & volunteering an asset. Request for Quotes: Municipal Park Landscaping Project

The Town of Port Blandford is requesting quotes to have landscaping work completed for the municipal park.

Interested applicants must pick up a Terms of Reference from the Town Office, which includes specifications of the work required, site map and bid sheet. Applicants must schedule a mandatory site visit when they obtain the Terms of Reference from the Town Office.

All quotes clearly marked “Quote for Municipal Park Landscaping Project” will be received up to 4:00pm on Thursday May 9, 2019 at the Town Office or by mail at:

Quotes will be opened at 4:30pm in the Town Hall on Thursday May 9 , 2019. The lowest qualified bidder as per the Terms of Reference and the mandatory site visit will be awarded the contract.
