NEED ADVICE?With growing vegetables at home? This education talk may be just the thing you need! Krista Reading-Chatman of Three Mile Ridge farm in Lethbridge will share her wealth of knowledge and experience on how to successfully grow vegetables in your own garden. Join us on Saturday, June 13th from 10:30-12:30 at the Municipal Park Cookhouse in Port Blandford (weather permitting, and the Legion if not). You’ll get a of vast array of tips and suggestions from an enthusiastic expert. And the bonus: Admission is FREE!There will be refreshments and snacks available to purchase (proceeds support Back Garden development), as well as many prizes and give-aways to those in attendance!!!Come along and bring a friend. All ages and experience welcome. Bring your burning questions and concerns too - Krista will hold a Q&A at the end. If you haven’t visited our Municipal Park before, you should also allow time to visit the Back Garden, the Edible Orchard and the Community Gardens, after the talk.
