The Port Blandford Recreation have received Federal & Provincial Summer Job Grants and will be hiring youths age 15-30 @ 35 hours per week for 8 weeks, starting June 29, 2026!The goal of our student team is to bring our community spaces to life. You’ll be responsible for inspiring kids to get moving and ensuring our town parks remain a welcoming place for everyone to enjoy.Youth will help organize and look after a Summer Program for children, help with maintenance at Port Blandford Community Rink, Ballfield, Municipal Park & help with Community Garden etc. Background in organized sports & volunteering an asset. Age Friendly Home Assistance

The Age Friendly Port Blandford Committee has identified a need to provide assistance to seniors who require help in completing household maintenance. If you have skills in painting, carpentry, plumbing or any other trade and wish to assist our seniors, please provide the Town Office with your contact information and the type of job or jobs you are willing to undertake.
